Whether you’re celebrating with your boo, your BFF, or your family, there’s probably something ringing at the back of your head now on what you’re going to eat on Valentine’s Day. You can show your love with flowers and chocolates, or you can get yourself a romantic dinner.

If you want to stand out, Republique Asian Fusion’s six-course signature menu is specially designed for the occasion.

The tasting menu plays to multiple senses of emotions, and with a very limited seating on 14th of February, this intimate dinner sets you apart from the usual fare.

The stunning 6-courses is a virtual walk to heaven. Chefs say it will be “love at first bite”.

It begins with a Valentine amuse bouche–a choice of Japanese tuna tartare, uni on egg toast or crispy lechon Macau taco. Get into the first course with bulalo chowder soup followed by the mains Malasugue Crudo with mango puree, avocado, Japanese cucumber and crispy shallots, Tagliatelle in butter sauce and Fillet mignon with Miso Butter Jus or Baked Salmon with Uni Beurre Blanc. 

For the intermezzo, there’s Watermelon Lemonade Granita, followed by Taste of Romance and finally closing it up with Fragaria Cream Custard.

For P1,999 per person, the Valentine’s Day treat is open to two seatings. The first seating at 6pm and the second seating at 8pm.
