Escandor Development Corporation recently released its latest construction updates for the two ongoing condominium building construction work of its maiden venture Matina Enclaves.
Building B is now at 96 percent and is on track for a turnover tentatively set next month.
The latest update was released based on May 15 report.
The elevator is now fully functional while completion is being done on the Lobby and Atrium (Common Area). Units are likewise undergoing finishing prior to turnover.
The second condominium, Building C, has now an overall accomplishment of 30 percent. At the moment, the concreting of the fourth level is underway while the two-level parking and first residential floor is is already complete.
Four other fully sold condominium buildings of the signature project of homegrown developer Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco) are set for construction.
