With that, the Matina Enclaves paid tribute to the year’s best sales performers among its agents, reators and realty partners.
Named as Top Performing Seller for 2017 is Henry Aralan of Romero Realty. He was joined at the podium by second placer Janine Princess Romero of Romero Realty, third placer Ryan Sayson of Leuterio Realty, fourth placer Carmen Uy of Visitacion Realty, and fifth placer Joseph Arthur Avila, REB, of Leuterio Realty.
Merlita Romero of Romero Realty was named Top Performing Unit Manager for the year besting second placer
Dolly Beth Relampagos of Realty Options Inc.
In the Top Performing Brokers category,
Solomon Bañez, REB of Bañez Realty emerged tops for the year with Veljean V. Villaraiz, REB of Three V Realty in second place.
For the year’s top performing realtors, the winners were led by Anthony Leuterio, REB of Leuterio Realty, followed in second place by Maverick Prince Romero, REB of Romero Realty, and third placer Charity Furog, REB of Furog Realty.
The winners received Plaques of Recognition, Cash Incentives, Gift Certificates and souvenir items.
Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco) president and CEO Glenn Escandor thanked the realty partners and associates of the development firm which recorded performance breakthroughs for the year despite being a new player in the industry.
“I believe that with your efforts, we can expect better performance in the year ahead,” said Escandor.
Matina Enclaves Project head Gerald Kent Garces also acknowledged the huge contribution of the sellers and realty partners in the success of Esdevco’s initial venture into real estate development.
