Matina Enclaves releases February updates

Matina Enclaves’ Building C continues to move into its targeted launch.

Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco) recently released its construction updates for the second tower of its maiden project Matina Enclaves’ Building C, which is part of the Enclaves Towers sector.

Esdevco’s February 16 construction updates released recently bared that construction is moving full throttle in the interiors section of the building.

Matina Enclaves, located along Quimpo Boulevard in Ecoland, is owned by local investor Escandor family whose diverse business include The Royal Mandaya Hotel and security agency DASIA (Davao Allied Security and Investigation Agency Inc.)

The latest circular showed that Building C painting works have completed the first coat.

Other ongoing Building C works include installation of floor tiles, installation of windows, installation of door jams, installation of wardrobe cabinets, installation of modular cabinets on kitchen areas, installation of laundry areas, railing preparation for painting, installation of partition, and installation of roofing at staircases.

Building C topped off last October  and overall, the Matina Enclaves Towers project has turned over one building and has sold out five.

Likewise, the state-of-the-art Arcadia recreation and fitness complex which is located adjacent to the Matina Enclaves will be launched within the first quarter of 2018.

Project head Gerald Kent Garces said the company is ensuring it delivers its promise to its clients.

“The construction has been well right on our desired time frame. We are just on time without trying to rush things. Rest assured that every detail of the building is well looked after,” said Garces.
