Four Mindanao key cities now with better Sun network signal

Sun Cellular has further improved its network signal in four key cities in Mindanao.
Sun Cellular said they have further improved their network quality and performance in the cities of Davao, Cagayan de Oro, General Santos, and Zamboanga in view of the greater demand for its 24/7 unlimited services in the Mindanao area.
Sun Cellular is currently spending USD 1M daily to finance its aggressive network roll-out. It currently has more than 4,900 cellsites to support its over 10 million subscribers.
Even subscribers have noticed the difference in the network signal “I’ve been using Sun Cellular for 3 years already. My family and I used to make our Sun phones our secondary phone but then we realized Sun’s services are reliable anywhere in Zamboaga province, we made it our main phone,” says Web developer Avelino Tiu of Dipolog City in Zamboanga del Norte.  
24-year old Hazel Balandra of Cagayan de Oro City meantime cited her further improving experience in using the network “Before, few months after using Sun; my calls used to only last around 20 minutes or so and it gets cut off afterwards; but now, I can call more than an hour without interruptions! Thanks to the better service of Sun, they really did improvements on their network’s signal in our area. Sun really helped us a lot in many ways and it continually does because my sister works in Manila. With Sun, I can call her anytime I want to without worrying about spending too much on my load credits.”
Sun Cellular earlier revealed that it has invested more than $300 million last year to further increase network coverage and capacity. In 2008 Sun Cellular added over 1,500 cell sites.
