Big treats in Camella’s early Yuletide cheers

To reward buyers of their homes with an early Christmas treat, Camella Communities Davao has lined up large discounts, low interest rates, flexible down payment terms, and appliance giveaways for those making a home purchase during the month of October.
Dubbed as “Yuletide Cheers in October,” the promo is giving away as much as P200,000 discount for upper ground floor units in Manchester, Camella Northpoint’s first building.  Ready units at the Caribbean-themed Solariega and Italian-inspired Toscana also have discounts as high as P200,000 and extended down payment terms of six months.
Camella’s down payment terms for regular house and lot and condominium packages have been extended to 15 months, while lots only packages are made more affordable at a term of five years with zero interest.  Homebuyers can also opt for Camella’s in-house financing whose interest rates have been pulled down from 19% to as low as 15%.
Camella sweetens the deal for homebuyers who make spot payments on their preferred home, by giving them discounts as high as 15% for any Solariega, Toscana and Camella Northpoint unit.  But the huge discounts, marked down interest rates, and extended payment terms are not all Camella is ready to give away to their homebuyers.
“On top of those, we are also giving away home appliances and electronic gadgets that our homebuyers will surely enjoy, such as DVD Home Theatre system, split type air conditioner, IPOD, digital camera, Sony PSP, and cellular phones,” revealed Marlon Escalicas, Camella Communities Davao GM. 
Those giveaways also include LCD TVs, mini components, gas ranges, refrigerators, washing machines, and more, making it truly festive like the holidays for the homebuyers.  These prizes can be chosen upon reservation of a unit, and can be redeemed when 15% of the contract price has been paid.  The buyer is given another chance to choose a new prize when payment for the 15% has been completed within a year.
