Palm City Toastmasters Club launched in Tagum

The Charter Presentation and Installation of Officers and Induction of new members of the Palm City Toastmasters Club was conducted on September 26,  2009 at Miko’s Brew, Apokon, Tagum City.
Toastmasters International aims to be the leading movement devoted to effective oral communication a worldwide reality.  With Palm City Toastmasters Club as its newest member club, it aspires to help the members learn the arts of speaking, listening and thinking. It is the mission of a Toastsmasters club to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every individual member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
The Charter Presentation of the Palm City Toastmasters Club composed of twenty (20) charter members and four (4) newly inducted members, was graced by District Governor of Toastmasters International District 75, Advanced Communicator Silver Nolie Espina who led the highlight of the evening’s affair, the Presentation of the Charter. Provincial Governor Rodolfo P. Del Rosario, one of the charter members, also shared some inspiring words.

Baura, Vice-Presidnet –Membership, Gabriela S. Logronio, Secretary Admarie D. Marcelo, Treasurer Nelly M. Gentugaya, Sgt at Arms Angelina S.Collis.
