Davao Light and Power Company’s collection offices in Ponciano, Bajada, Panabo, Sto. Tomas and Toril will continue to serve the public on December 24, 30 & 31, all recently announced as non-working holidays.
Also open are the electric utility’s Ponciano and Panabo Offices customer service area to cater to walk-in billing, collection, and metering service inquiries and complaints.
Davao Light regularly makes available its frontline services during holidays to accommodate customers who are not able to make transactions on normal workdays.
Collection hours for Ponciano, Bajada, and Panabo will be from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on December 24 and 31 with no noon break and from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on December 30. While the Toril, Calinan and Sto Tomas offices will accept payments on those dates from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon, and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Ponciano and Panabo’s customer service areas will be open from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with no noon break on December 24 and 31 and from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on December 30.
Emergency service will remain available 24 hours during the holidays.
Regular office hours will resume on Saturday, January 2.
