Camella fast tracks condo development

Starting the year stronger than ever, Camella Communities announces the first building of its landmark condo development in Davao, Camella Northpoint, will be fully constructed by the third quarter of the year.

The Camella Northpoint clubhouse is another much-anticipated development in the project, as it will serve as a center of activities within the condo community.  With the clubhouse, residents can enjoy modern facilities such as the multi-functions hall, a fitness gym, gaming area, swimming pool, grill pits, cabanas and a meditation pond.
On top of all these, Camella Communities will undertake commercial development in Camella Northpoint, eyeing restaurants, coffee shops, spa and other specialty shops that are unique and distinct in character. This enhancement will further boost the appeal of Camella Northpoint, turning it into a desirable destination in Davao City.
