Energy-saving light bulbs at Camella offices

With the recent spate of brownouts due to the energy shortage, lowering energy consumption will not only help the situation, but also lower your bills.  An efficient way to cut on energy use is using energy-efficient light bulbs.
Camella Communities is offering Philips’ energy-saving and environment-friendly light bulbs, called Essential, at 20% less of its original cost.   These green bulbs will be sold in limited stocks only at Camella offices all over the country, including General Santos City and Cagayan de Oro City.
In Davao, Essential bulbs can be bought at Camella Davao offices or at G/F Karpentrade Bldg. McArthur Highway, Matina Davao City, with telephone numbers 298-0387 and 298-0300.  Buyers are encouraged to purchase their Essential bulbs now to avoid running out of stock.
A joint undertaking of Camella and Philips, this campaign is intended to benefit not only the consumers with its reduced price, but also beneficiaries of Camella’s socially-relevant projects in its “Buy a Bulb, Light up a Life” campaign.  As a manifestation of their corporate social responsibility, Camella shall be donating all the proceeds to their selected charity in the areas they operate.
Using this green lighting alternative is advantageous not only to the users but also to the environment.  The Essential bulbs are 80% more energy-efficient than incandescent bulbs, and lasts six times longer. These features give the users significant savings on their electricity bills over time.
Switching from regular incandescent light bulbs to Essential light bulbs also helps reduce CO2 emissions.  Energy-efficient light bulbs can generate an average of 40% savings in energy, translating to less CO2 emissions as well as savings in energy cost.
Camella makes it more affordable for those want to switch to energy efficient lighting by offering Philips’ Essential bulbs at the reduced price. The masterplan developer also shares some tips on increasing the natural light inside the house to further reduce electric consumption.
Camella reveals that placing mirrors inside the house can add more light into a room.  Making sure the windows are uncluttered will allow more light to enter the room.  Using light colors on the internal and external walls of the home can also reflect the natural light into your home.
Camella is a company of Vista Land & Lifescapes, the largest homebuilder in the country with masterplan developments all over the country.
