Weekly fitness for beach comers in Paradise

Waking up to soft early morning sunlight, a touch of sea breeze and the sight and sound of ocean waves is definitely, Paradise.  On this particular Sunday morning, a healthy surprise followed.  There’s a free aerobics at Paradise Island!
Metrolifestyle Fitness Center & Spa, in partnership with Paradise Island Park & Beach Resort launched the Weekly Fitness in Paradise on February 21, 2010.  Metrolifestyle managing partner, Mr. Jeomerson Lozano and Paradise Events Director, Mr. Vincent Rodriguez were both present to seal the partnership and enjoy the early morning event. 
With full support from MetroLifestyle Fitness Instructors, the one-hour free aerobics gave the guests of Paradise Island a smorgasbord of MetroLifestyle’s signature group fitness programs like MetroDance, MetroStrike, MetroAqua, MetroBop and MetroMoves.  Beach comers and overnighters eagerly joined in the group exercises led by Fitness Instructors Nash Villa, Dolly Chuim, Nell Astudillo, Fritz Freire, Bonn Sarabia, Dan Saldana, Leng Dalo, Joy Olimba and JM Suobiron. 
A hearty breakfast was served to celebrate this new partnership as everyone else is all a-buzz in Paradise. The games and activities transpired one after the other, and at times, simultaneously entertaining.  Along the busy stretch of white sand was a Cooking Demo staged after the aerobics, which makes up a healthy combination of proper nutrition and exercise.  
On the far side was a newly wedded couple still on their wedding attires, trying on their diving gears for an underwater photo shoot. Here and there, families gather, friendship celebrates and a few other love lives blossom.  At Paradise Island one can truly say, “Life is a beach party!”
While savoring the good life, the new marketing partners got down to business.  The signing of Memorandum of Agreement between MetroLifestyle Managing Partner, Mr.Jeomerson Lozano and Paradise Events Director, Mr. Vincent Rodriguez capped the morning event.  The sealing of the partnership with Paradise Island Park & Beach Resort was witnessed by Sales and Marketing Manager Cathy Astudillo, Gym Manager Jimmy Javier and Group Exercise Instructors and fitness members of MetroLifestyle Fitness Center & Spa.
