Davao Light and Power Company bill payments are now accepted in 10 of the 80 Davao Central Convenience Store (DCCS) outlets starting May 14. This is made possible through Davao Light’s partnership with the Electronic Commerce Payment (EC Pay) using the latter’s facilities in line with its desire to improve payment services.
The 10 Central Convenience stores that are already accepting Davao Light payments are located at the following areas: Anda, Bajada, Lanang, Matina, Sasa, Ecoland-Quimpo Blvd., Quirino, Cabaguio, Davao Medical Center area, and Maa-1. The remaining 70 branches of DCCS will soon be accepting payments before the end of the second quarter of this year.
Davao Light Customer Service Group head Arsenio Sacamos Jr. said that it is the first and only over-the-counter service available 24/7 to its customers.
He added that customers can easily pay their bills anytime and in almost all areas in Davao City since the convenience stores are strategically located.
The DCCS are additional payment centers which the customers can choose from out of the 34 other accredited collecting agents. Paying at DCCS outlets will provide not just easy access but convenience as well, Sacamos said.
