Firenzo Properties Development, Inc.’s latest venture is set to open soon in General Santos City.
The SunCity Suites, the first hotel under the management of the Firenzo group, is its answer to the growing demand in hotel accommodation and services in the burgeoning city, also known as the country’s tuna capital.
Designed as a business hotel, SunCity’s 42 well-appointed rooms address the demanding lifestyle of a businessman. Each room is equipped with a 32’ LCD Cable TV, free internet access, and a multi-function telephone system with IDD and NDD.
SunCity Suites is also strategically located. It is at the heart of GenSan and is near shopping malls, hospitals, a golf course, and is 30-minute ride from the airport.
The hotel is located within the SunCity Complex, an upscale commercial center with wide array of dinning, entertainment and commercial establishments. Confirmed concessionaires include the 24-hour Café Firenzo, a convenience store, a restobar, a ktv bar, a salon and spa, a high-end boutique, and a lot of high-end and unique restaurants.
The hotel has 42 stately rooms all equipped with an RFID electronic door-lock system, and is the first hotel in GenSan to utilize this advanced technology. Each room is provided with free internet connection and a 32’ LCD Cable TV, another first in Gensan. With rooms categorized from Standard to Suite, the room rates are definitely affordable and very competitive as it comes with breakfast for two at Caffe Firenzo.
The more than 30 well-trained staff of SunCity Suites had undergone a one-month intensive preparation both in knowledge and skills.
