Davao’s photography enthusiasts learned the essentials of taking excellent pictures from one of the country’s top advertising photographers, Ben Chan.
Chan spoke before a crowd of forty participants, all armed with their own DSLR cameras and eager to learn from the Basic Photography Workshop of Camella Communities last Saturday, August 28.
Chan is a renowned advertising photographer whose outfit, Blacksheep Manila and Photovendo, served some of the country’s biggest clients, among them Ayala Land, Unilever, Jollibee Foundation, DMCI, and Hinge Inquirer’s F & B World.
“We had an overwhelming response from the public. Davao has so many aspiring shutterbugs, Camella is happy to have helped some of them sharpen their skills,” remarked Marlon Escalicas, Camella’s GM for Davao.
The workshop, dubbed “Northpoint in Perspective – a Basic Photography Workshop”, was held at The Mansion of Camella’s landmark development, Camella Northpoint. The participants also had the opportunity to do a photo safari at the scenic surroundings of the venue as part of the workshop.
Northpoint’s hosting of the photo workshop is the start of a series of exciting events that will make this landmark condo development a desired lifestyle destination in the city.
