Filipino dishes will be the centerpiece of Holidaze 2010, the yearly special trade fair presented by Edge Davao.
Dubbed “Holidaze 2010, Christmas Food and Gift Choices,” the trade fair will showcase an eclectic mix of products ideal for Christmas gifts on October 23-24 at the NCCC Mall of Davao Activity Area.
With Unilever FoodSolutions as co-presentor, the fair’s main attraction will be the showcase presentation of “Handaang Pinoy” featuring Filipino dishes, salads and appetizers. Among the key activities are the flair tending and barista competitions to be participated in by students and professionals.
