Metrolifestyle leveled up one more time! With the TRX Suspension training moving its way up in popularity scale, Metrolifestyle can’t help but just be in with what’s “in”.
Ms. Linzi Arellano-Co, TRX Suspension Training – Master trainer was invited to conduct a 1 whole-day certification class here at MetroLifestyle and February 5, 2011 was the date.
Hot, hotter and hottest MetroLifestyle Fitness Trainors and group exercise instructors joined the class; making them the first few certified TRX Suspension Training trainers here in Davao. In attendance that day was MetroLifestyle’s managing partner Mr. Jammer Lozano, group exercise instructors Joy Olimba, Fritz Freire, Nell Astudillo and JM Suobiron ; Fitness Trainors Jigz Enriquez, Niko Lavarez, Chai Araneta, Isaac Tuling, Raymund Dizon and Deo Ardaniel.
The newly certified instructors trained from the best – Linzi Arellano – Co is the first and so far the only Fitness Anywhere® Group Suspension Training Course Instructor here in the Philippines. The day before the certification class, Linzi also gladly led the Group Suspension Training demo class which is open to all Metrolifestyle members. The two sessions that took place includes the beginners and the advance class. Thanks to her, the gym members can now used the TRX machine with the assistance of certified instructors of MetroLifestyle.
The TRX event was part of the week-long celebration of MetroLifestyle’s 5th birthday. With Zumba festival kick-starting the celebration last January 27 until February 3, TRX Class and training last February 4 – 5 and TRX Challenge after the successful fun run held February 6, 2011.
To serve you better, Metrolifestyle offers Regular TRX Suspension Training Class and it happens every Thursdays @ 8am and 4pm by Joy Olimba, 5:30pm by Raymund Dizon and 6:30pm by Chai Araneta. We also have our regular TRX Suspension Training Class every Fridays led by Bernard Ocoma @ 8am & 6:30pm and by Jigz Enriquez @5:30pm.
