Concentrix Institute launches a new batch of trainees for their CCNA Refresher Course and offers monthly trainings and workshops aside from the FREE seminar offerings for Networking Essentials. Last February 26, Concentrix Institute launched batch 11 of the CCNA Refresher Course. Prior to that, on February 15,2011, a FREE Networking Essentials seminar was also well attended by participants from various companies. The FREE Networking Essentials was a review course for those who interested in IT. All these IT trainings are handled by certified CCNA trainers.
A customer service workshop entitled “Deliver! A Dynamic Workshop on Delivering Exceptional Value to Your Customer” was conducted by seasoned corporate trainer Katrina Yasmine Penalba last February 22 to 23 at Concentrix Insitute in Damosa I.T. Park, Lanang. It was a huge success. There were 30 participants from various industries who underwent the 2-day extensive customer service workshop which included dealing with difficult customers, handling service complaints, and managing service expectations, among others. CXI’s seminar/training rooms are also open for venue rental. They have three (3) rooms available with a total capacity of 100 seats. One room is equipped with 30 computer monitors for IT related trainings and CCTV cameras for training which requires full security and confidentiality. You can request for room layouts according to your needs. All rooms are fully carpeted, fully air-conditioned, with use of manager’s chairs, Wi Fi and equipped with stand-by generators.
