Holiday Gym and Spa, the premier health and wellness center in Davao City, brings exercise closer to Dabawenyos by conducting fitness activities at the People’s Park every Saturday and Sunday.
The group exercise, led by HGS instructors, is part of the gym’s campaign for a healthy living.
The Sunday group of participants and instructors, who celebrated its first anniversary last September, is also sponsored by Mayor Sara Duterte and city councilor Edgar Ibuyan.
The Saturday activity is sponsored in part by Nestle Foods.
The Saturday group exercise is led by Ronnie Bulanda while the Sunday aero exercises is led by Haroon Cali, both HGS instructors.
The activities are met with much enthusiasm as hundreds of Dabawenyos troop to People’s Park to stay fit while having fun and to catch up friends.
