The Philippine Marketing Association Davao will celebrate the National Marketing Month this July with several activities, beginning with Philmark 2011, followed by the third Mindanao Marketing Expo, Marketing Wars and the association’s general nembership meeting.
This year’s guest of honor is renowned author, consultant and entrepreneur,r Josiah L. Go. The third Mindanao Marketing Expo will be held at the newly-opened Abreeza Mall of Davao City and the GMM will be at The Marco Polo Davao.
Josiah L. Go will speak in the Philmark Lecture Series on July 22 in the morning and in Tagum City in the afternoon of the same day. Along with him will be civic leader, former government career person and entrepreneur now a self-proclaimed “Corn Husk Queen” Ms. Rue Ramas, Eco-Architect James G. Jao and tourism director Art Boncato.
As his personal advocacy for marketing educators, in the evening of July 22, Mr. Go will conduct a free seminar for marketing teachers and will give a free book to every school-accredited, currently teaching, participating marketing educator.
