Davao City Water District Matina office, Bajada, Toril, and Victoria Plaza sub-offices and collection centers in Felcris Centrale and SM Lanang Premier are closed on November 1 and 2, 2018 in observance of the All Saints Day and All Souls Day, respectively.
Operations of DCWD Victoria Plaza sub-office and the collection centers will resume on November 3, 2018 while Matina office and Bajada and Toril sub-offices will resume operations on November 5, 2018.
No due date for water bill payments fall on the said holidays.
Further, the DCWD management assures the general public that the operations of its technical departments and Call Center /Central Information Unit (CIU) will not be disrupted to ensure continuous water service and offsite customer service support.
