Aeon Luxe Properties Incorporated (ALPI) marks the Year of the Water Rabbit with an Open House on January 21, 2023, 1:00 pm at the Showroom, 2nd floor Aeon Towers, J.P. Laurel Bajada, Davao City.
Over two hundred brokers attended the Open House. The event began with a General Assembly of Brokers announcing improved quarterly, midyear, and annual reward schemes for sellers and buyers and an enticing buyers’ promo.
During the Open House, onsite sellers were able to discuss the unique design features of Aeon Towers and Aeon Bleu, impressing prospective buyers.
“In celebration of the Chinese New Year, nagbigay tayo ng discounts sa buyer, and then we also gave perks such as raffle draws, so some could get Aeon Towers Staycation gift certificates,” Mr. Jester F. Hospital, the Vice President for Sales and Marketing said in an interview.

The showroom was adorned with red-themed Spring Festive decorations symbolizing prosperity. To complement the theme, guests donned stunning red outfits. Throughout the event, Aeon Luxe Properties Incorporated served delicious treats for all attendees and dedicated a Chinese New Year-themed photobooth.
