Gemma Dela Cruz, Chief of the Department of Social Welfare and Development 11's (DSWD 11's) Protective Services Division, promotes the modern "bayong" product made out of plastic strips donated by Dole-Stanfilco during Kapihan sa PIA at NCCC Victoria Plaza on Friday. The "bayong" project is in coordination with Kasilak Development Foundation, Inc. Proceeds from the sales of the "bayongs" will go to the Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth (RRCY) residents.
