Archbishop Romulo Valles celebrates the La Flotilla de San Pedro Mass at the Agila Stage in Rizal Park on Saturday, capping the city government of Davao and the Archdiocese of Davao’s first-ever La Flotilla de San Pedro Grand Procession. The event, one of the major highlights of the Feast of St. Peter (Fiesta sa San Pedro), drew thousands of devotees and featured 11 boat-shaped floats symbolizing St. Peter’s mission as a fisherman and the Church as the “Barque of Peter.” LEAN DAVAL JR
