BANGKOK Wok’s Thai Chef, Khun Tum, has created a very special treat for Kadayawan, and there is nothing more pleasurable than eating Crispy Pata. Bangkok Wok recently came up with their own Thai version, which has left Davaoenos salivating for more. Ka Moo Pad Ped, or crispy pork knuckles, are fried to a golden crisp. This succulent meal is sticky and moist to the bone and served on top of red curry. Bangkok Wok loyals keep on coming back for more because it’s only P550 and can be shared by a group of 3-4 people.
