THE holiday season has always been a time for reunions and get-togethers of great friends and family. With the re-opening of Toto’s Bar and the performance of Davao’s Seventh Heaven band last December 30, Dabawenyo urbanites are saying “Hi!” again to an old friend and urban icon that jazzy music of the 80’s and 90’s call home.
