MODERN, sexy and sensual, “Asian with a Pinoy twist” this is how Manila designer, Gerry Katigbak describes his latest collection that was showcased recently at an interactive fashion “immersion” by the Fashion Institute of Design and Arts (FIDA) at Paseo de Legaspi.
Gerry’s collection featured translucent fabrics and daring modern cuts with exquisite Filipinana details. For the men, Gerry chose to go with over-sized jackets and baggy pants that cast a modern sillouette.
Gerry Munda of FIDA says the show is aims to create awareness and to educate Davao’s fashion scene.
