A taste of Kusina Salud’s fabulous Filipino fare at Entreé

ENTREÉ hosted a special kind of buffet last weekend that was instantly familiar yet different. This was mainly thanks to the moden Filipino dishes of Kusina Salud’s Chef Paul Poblador who melded international and local methods of cooking to produce new Filipino cuisine.
Kusina Salud is the brainchild of reknowned fashion designer, Patis Tesoro and has already garnered both local and international attention. And thanks to Entreé at the Apo View Hotel. We are all given a rare taste of how beautify and delicious Filipino cuisine actually is.
