Experience the brand new Café Marco as it offers more than its dazzling array of international fare in buffet spreads for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Café Marco features “on-the-spot cooking,” courtesy of its new show kitchen. Chefs shall be interacting with guests who may want to request dishes more in keeping with their dietary or religious concerns, including halal and vegetarian selections.
“Our chefs are well-versed in the “a la minute” (or on-the-spot) style of culinary arts,” explained Chef Ed Tuazon. “As long as we can do it in the show kitchen, we will do it,” Tuazon added.
Each buffet spread is a dazzling array of food creations—appetizers, salads and soups, entrées, and desserts—all focused on flavor and freshness.
The carvery offers these succulent meats: rack of prime rib (U.S. Angus), saddle of lamb, and beef tenderloin cut. Fresh seafood delights include a variety of Class A fish from Mindanao seas; oysters, scallops, and slipper lobsters from the Visayas; and salmon from the Atlantic Ocean.
