EsDevCo holds twin ceremonies

What was once a dream is now a reality as Esdevo Realty Corporation, the developer of Matina Enclaves, tops-off the first tower of its condominium development last February 27, 2016, which was attended by the company’s top officers, members of the Escandor family, as well as the company’s brokers and seller.
 Standing proudly as one of South Davao’s tallest edifices, Matina Enclaves Tower One will soon be welcoming its residents as promised by EsDevCo. “We promised our buyers a December turn-over of their units, and with this topping-off ceremony, we are now much closer to turning over the project to our lucky buyers,” shared EsDevCo Project Director Gerald Kent M. Garces.
 Aside from the top-off ceremony, EsDevCo also held a ground-breaking ceremony for Tower Two of the same project. “We believe in the timely delivery of our projects and so with the ground-breaking ceremony, we expect to top-off the second tower by the end of the year.” Kent added.
 The cluster of towers of Matina Enclaves will surround the now fully-functional clubhouse and soon-to-be-built 25-meter lap pool which will be enjoyed exclusively by the unit owners.
