Due to insistent public demand and the overwhelming clamor coming from Kapuso viewers nationwide, GMA Network will give in to their numerous requests to watch without any signal disruptions or delays the pilot week of the highly-anticipated telefantasya, Victor Magtanggol, this Sunday, August 5.
Viewers who complained to GMA Network that their cable signal was down will have another chance to catch the special airing of the highlights of the first week of the grand and much awaited debut of Pambansang Bae Alden Richards’ action-packed superhero series that hooked the country instantly.
Dubbed as “Victor Magtanggol Rewind”, the replay features the beginning of Victor’s (Alden) adventures.
It started with the battle of Thor (Conan Stevens) and Loki (John Estrada) which caused Asgard to disintegrate. Thor sacrificed his life to kill Loki and his minions. After several millennia, Victor went in Canada to work as an OFW and look for his mother Vivienne (Coney Reyes). While cleaning up the office of Mr. Magnus (Miguel Faustmann), the curator of the museum he’s working for, Victor got hold of an old compass which lit up the moment he touched it. Meanwhile, Victor met Gwen (Janine Gutierrez) at the fund-raising party for the museum.
With Loki back, Magnus’ life was jeopardized. Victor will find out that Magnus is the god Magni and one of Thor’s sons. Before Magnus dies, he will give Victor a magical compass that will lead Victor to a mysterious mountain. Victor will find an iron gauntlet that will allow him to use the Mjolnir, the powerful hammer of Thor.
