Vice Mayor Raprap Rafael of Matalam, Province of Cotabato will be harnessing his leadership capacities after being selected for the Jose M. Robredo Foundation’s (JRMF) Young Leaders for Good Governance (YLGG) Fellowship Program.

The YLGG Fellowship Program is a training program for incumbent local officials aged between 21 to 45 years old from all over the country.

For the past five years, the program has had four successful implementations and engaged more than 100 local officials all over the country, embarking on a wide array of activities and endeavors that promote the legacy of the late Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jesse M. Now on its 5th, YLGG will assume a hybrid set-up and will be composed of five modules that will train and enhance the capacities of the fellows to effectively push for better public services.

The fellowship program will run for 8 months from September 2022 to May 2023.
