The ACT-CIS Partylist on Saturday formally opened its Davao City headquarters along Roxas Avenue.

Rep. Erwin Tulfo led the opening of the partylist’s only satellite office outside Metro Manila.

Rep. Tulfo said with the opening of the Davao City office, they can make their services closer to the Dabawenyos.
He vowed to provide immediate burial, medical, legal and educational assistance as well as address concerns of senior citizens and Persons with Disability (PWD).

“We are here to let everybody know, the Dabawenyos, we are here to cater to the needs of the people of Davao City, Davao Region, and Mindanao,” Tulfo told the Davao media.

Tulfo said the office will assist concerns raised by the public that include labor problems, health, social services, children custody, legal problems, and police assistance.

He added that patients of the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) can also go to the ACT-CIS office for assistance.

“Anything under the sun. We are here and we are open for business at kahit pa galing sa labas ng Davao, we will help them,” Tulfo said.

The said office will complement with the existing services in Davao City offered by Lingap Para sa Mahirap, Office of the Vice President (OVP) and Office of Davao City First District Representative Paolo “Pulong” Duterte.

“All they (clients) have to do is come to the office,” he said.

Meanwhile, Tulfo’s sister, former Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo, will manage the Davao Oriental affairs of the partlist.

“Sa mga kababayan natin sa Davao Oriental, kung naa moy kinahanglan ilapit sa among manang,” he said.

He added that he will also open a headquarters in Davao Oriental soon and in Cebu next year.
