Edge Davao columnist ranks 1st in PH’s subfield Philosophy 

Dr. Christopher Ryan Maboloc, a philosophy professor at Ateneo de Davao University and a columnist for Edge Davao, was ranked first in the subfield Philosophy in the Alper-Doger Scientific Index among scholars in the Philippines. The AD Scientific Index uses the matrix from Google Scholar to track the published papers and citations of academics around the world.

The AD Scientific Index (Alper-Doger Scientific Index) is a unique ranking and analysis system that evaluates the scientific performance and added value of scientific productivity by individual scientists and affiliated institutions. Developed by Prof. Dr. Murat ALPER (MD) and Associate Prof. Dr. Cihan DÖĞER (MD), the index employs a comprehensive approach, considering nine parameters, including the i10 index, h-index, and citation scores in Google Scholar over both the total and last five years.
