Leading real estate developer Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI) is expanding its footprint with an exclusive community development in Puan, Davao City next year.
DLI president Ricardo “Cary” Lagdameo told Edge Davao that it would be a high-end horizontal project with a commercial component that will be built in a 4-hectare property.
Lagdameo added that the plan is to offer lots only.
He said they are targeting to open more than 60 lots.
“The plan right now is to offer lot only. We are trying to see if we can consolidate it with the other properties around the area. It’s an exclusive community, not density,” he said.
Currently, DLI is in the processing of permits stage of the said project and is hopeful to break ground in January next year.
“It will all depend on permits, we are ready to start,” Lagdameo said.
Meanwhile, DLI is building up its other projects.
For its Bridgeport project in Caliclic, Island Garden City of Samal (IGaCoS), DLI is already constructing the first building out of the four buildings.
“We’re already at the second floor it’s coming up,” Lagdameo said.
DLI’s newest mixed-use development, Bridgeport, features low-density condominium buildings, premium open lots, a condotel, commercial and dining areas, and an exclusive marina.
In Agriya, Lagdameo said they are already turning over houses to homeowners in the subdivision component of the said project.
