Aeon Luxe Properties, Inc. (ALPI) marked a significant milestone with the topping-off ceremony for Aeon Bleu Condotel Tower 3, officially named Aria Studios Davao—a boutique art studio hotel under the Aria Hotel and Residences group. The event, held on Thursday along Bacaca Road, Davao City, was led by ALPI President Ian Cruz.
Joining the ceremony were Aria Studios General Manager Augustine Silva, ALPI Vice President of Sales and Marketing Jester Hospital, Aria Director of Sales and Marketing Katherine Dizon, and C2 Development Corp. Construction Manager Engr. Fernan Manucot.
Hospital highlighted the importance of the event, describing it as a pivotal moment for both the project and the continued growth and innovation of Aeon Luxe Properties.
“Today marks another milestone in our shared vision as we celebrate the progress of Aeon Bleu, our second pioneering project here in Davao,” Hospital said.
He further emphasized the significance of unveiling Aria Studios Davao, the official name of ALPI’s latest condotel venture.
According to Hospital, this project will elevate Davao City’s hospitality landscape with 311 upscale hotel rooms, designed to meet the rising demand for premium accommodations.
