In time for the celebration of the Kadayawan Festival, Camella Communities broke ground for Manchester, the first building of its first high-rise development in Davao, Camella Northpoint.
The groundbreaking was conducted by unit owners and brokers, led by unit owners Eduard Braceros and Edgardo Alaan, and highlighted by the lowering of a capsule bearing the tower’s building plan, by Architect Art Secuya and GM Marlon Escalicas last August 15 at the premises of the condo community
Witnessing the event were Camella officers, unit owners, broker partners, prospects and agents, who later were feted with native delicacies in keeping with the festival spirit. The groundbreaking was Camella’s way of joining the festivities of the Kadayawan.
Since its launch last April, Camella Northpoint has undergone massive development brought about by the warm response from Davaoenos and non-Davaoenos from other provinces. Most of the units of Manchester were immediately sold, compelling the master plan developer to break ground as early as now.
“Since Manchester is almost fully sold out, its early groundbreaking is only expected. In fact, its construction will be done simultaneously with the clubhouse called Wakefield Manor,” revealed Escalicas. He added that the planting of the Caribbean pine trees would also continue as the development progresses
Escalicas said interested buyers must secure their preferred units soon to avoid missing out on the opportunity of enjoying the unique lifestyle that Camella Northpoint offers, by calling their offices at 298-0387 and 298-0300 or visiting them at G/F Karpentrade Bldg. along McArthur Highway, Matina, Davao City.
Camella has already launched the condo community’s second building called Birmingham last July, again expected to generate the same overwhelming response from unit buyers, which would make it another top seller like all other Camella developments, such as the Caribbean-themed Solariega and the Italian-inspired Toscana.
