Homebuyers and homeowners of Camella Northpoint, Camella’s landmark condo development in Davao, can take advantage of the Free Summer Swimming Lessons for beginners on May 25-29, 2011 at the clubhouse pool.
“This is one of Camella’s freebies in its summer promo “Wow sa Tag-araw”, specifically for those buying a Northpoint unit on May 16 to 25,” said Marlon B. Escalicas, Camella Davao GM. Each buyer is given two slots for the swimming lessons at the salinated pool of Wakefield Manor, Camella Northpoint’s clubhouse. Current homeowners are welcome to join on a first-come, first-served basis.
The swimming program is spearheaded by Camella in coordination with Camella Northpoint’s property management, Globalland Property Management Inc. Lessons will be held twice a day, at 3-5 p.m. and 5-7 p.m., Monday to Friday starting next week.
“We want out homeowners to fully enjoy Northpoint’s salinated swimming pool, the first of its kind in the city. The free swimming lessons, open to kids and adults, will make sure of that,” said Escalicas, adding that the summer swimming program form part of Camella’s commitment to making Northpoint the perfect place to live the good life.
Camella Northpoint is now on its third tower, Nottingham, which also enjoys the same response from buyers as the first two buildings, Manchester and Birmingham, which have been fully sold out in a short time.
