Construction in full swing for Seawind

Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI) had indeed kept its promise even before 2015 started: to build a condominium project that would make, not just the company, but all Davaoenos proud of. It was earlier this year when DLI announced its first and latest residential venture, Seawind. Not too long after that announcement, Damosa Land got right to work.
Following the success of Seawind’s Groundbreaking Ceremony last April and Grand Launching last August, DLI continues to assure that its construction is in full swing.
In a recent gathering held at the Seawind site, Ricardo F. Lagdameo, VP-Damosa Land, Inc. mentioned that Seawind and DLI as a whole has achieved several milestones for this year and will be achieving more in the years to come.
“Everything has been on track, focusing on the land development and this makes us confident about the timely delivery of Seawind to our clients. We are very overwhelmed with the support and trust that our clients have been giving us. All the efforts of DLI for Seawind is for them, and we’ll continue to provide them with only quality products and services,” he said.
There has been rigorous land development and in a few weeks, they will start pouring cement to mark the start of the construction of Tower 1. To date, Towers 1, 2, and 3 are already sold out. By January, Tower 4, with over 165 units, will be opened for public-selling.
“In a month’s time, the entrance complex will be ready. And by December 2016, we’ll have the first tower and the swimming pool ready for turnover,” Lagdameo added.
As we welcome the New Year in a few more weeks, DLI is certain they will top what they have achieved in 2015.
Seawind, the 2.8 hectare multi-building midrise development project, is seen to change the landscape of Sasa, Davao City. It will have six buildings, three of which will have seven stories and the other three buildings will have eight. Only 25 percent of the entire project will be developed since the rest of the area will be allocated to amenities such as parks, clubhouse, and sports facilities.
