The Bureau of Trademarks of the Intellectual Property Philippines has issued the Certificate of Registration to “Magandang GenSan” Trademark and its Logo.
It was signed by Atty. Leny B. Raz, Director of Bureau of Trademarks, Intellectual Property Philippines. Its registration number is 4-2009-010152.
The trademark and logo was registered by the Local Government of General Santos City.
The icon is coined from two (2) words “Magandang” and “GenSan” thus the word “Magandang GenSan!” (with exclamation point ) utilizing letter “G” as the connector.
The text color is a military khaki, mint julep, amethyst, jade, Hawaiian blue, pumpkin, emerald & raspberry.
