Felizarta is new CHESC prexy

Atty. Joey Felizarta of the city legal office is the new president of the City Hall Employees Sports Club (CHESC).
Felizarta topped the election on November 21at the AMA Computer College gym where CHESC members regularly play basketball to promote camaraderie among local government workers.
The lawyer, who heads the Black Team in previous CHESC Tournaments, succeeded assistant city administrator Erwin Alparaque.
Other elected officers were Rico Pableo of the city treasurer’s office, vice-president; Tony Pahamutang of the city council, treasurer; Larry Villagonzalo of the city administrator’s office, business manager, while former CHESC president Atty. Marvin “Oying” Melodias of the general services office, Marlon Taguiang of the city treasurer’s office and Boyet Abayon of the city assessor’s office joined board of directors.
