Team Inday Sara riders dominated the 215-kilometer Radio Mindanao Network Race for Peace-Sarangani leg, December 6, from Maitum to Glan.
Dexter Nonato, Ronnie Urdaneta and Joel Nambatak clocked a total of 13 hours, 28 minutes and 32.38 seconds to rule the race for Inday Sara against the Davao Pobre Riders Association team of Glen Yap, Hilario Ladra and Marcial Catangue who combined for 14 hours, 10 minutes and 4.2 seconds.
General Santos City-Maning Guebernas placed third after Danilo Tapao, Tonton Guebernas and Gerry Castillon clocked 14 hours, 24 minutes and 41.31 seconds.
Team Inday Sara received P15,000 while P12,000 went to Dapoba and P10,000 to Gen. Santos.
RMN Southern Mindanao area manager Mario Maximo “Dodong” Solis awarded the prizes to the team winners.
Nonato took home an additional P5,000 by winning the individual classification in four hours, 24 minutes and 52.96 seconds. Yap took the second spot while Urdaneta landed in third place. RMN Gen. Santos City station manager Al Josol awarded the prizes to the winners.
