Elizagaque, Dalisay lead winners in Palos golfest

Ric Elizagaque and Sergio Dalisay sizzled in the First Rancho Palos Verdes Golf and Country Club monthly golf tournament, January 16 to 17, in Mandug.
Elizagaque fired a gross 92 to outshine Vic Lao who came with up with a 102. Dalisay won by just one stroke over Marciano Magtibay after tallying a net 76 in class D.
Marc Louh added another champion’s trophy to his collection when he took the class C gross crown with an 86, just a stroke ahead of Ed Guevarra while Park Sang Jun finished with a net 65, three strokes better than Lee Chang Kyu.
Yoo Jin Soo scored a gross 77 for the class B title while Jong Tan finished runner-up with an 81. Louie Rabat clinched the net crown with a 67 to defeat Jung In Kyu who had a 69.
In class A, Noh Jae Dok played better than Bobby Wee to post a four stroke win with a gross 72 while Larry Miculob won via countback against Marlon Hager after both submitted identical 68s.
Lee Sung Ho’s gross 72 and Kezerie Ng’s net 65 gave them the over-all titles.
In the junior golf division, Andress Ericksen came up with 187 for the 11 years old title while Khalik Samanodi finished with an 86 to outshine Charles Yumang (95) in the 12 to 17 years old division.
In the guest division 1, Choi Hyung Mi amassed a gross 73 to trounce Mark Lopez who had a 76 while Tibor Marcelino won by three strokes against Martin Castillo with a net 73.
In division 2, Park Min Hyung had a gross 83, posting a one-stroke triumph over Ben Gaite while Ben Gloriano scored a net 69 for the crown, besting Jun Canete who had a net 73.
In the lady’s division, Choi Yoon Hee emerged the winner via countback against Park Eun Hyang after they tallied similar gross 88s while Han Guen Hee (72) won by three strokes over Beth Crisologo (75) for the net crown. [Moses P. Billacura]
Diemy Monedero was unstoppable with another victory in the seniors division with a gross 77, just a one stroke against national seniors team member Joe Marfori while Elmer Martinez had a net 66 for a four-stroke triumph over runner-up Nonoy Llamas.
In the super seniors division, Vic Gonzales came up with a 76 for the gross title while William Donohoe’s 80 gave him the net crown.
