THE first Orange Generation Cup basketball tournament will resume hostilities on January 9, Saturday, according to the organizing Evangelista Aquatics and Sports Management Inc. (EASMI).
Tournament director Rael Diaz said the venue will be announced next week.
“It might be played at the Precious International School of Davao or Immanuel School of Davao,” Diaz said.
The games will pit Stella Maris Academy against Davao Jones Academy at 9 a.m., Philippine Women’s College versus Holy Child School of Davao at 10:30 a.m. and Assumption College of Davao against host Precious at 1 p.m. all in the Cadet division.
Two other games, both in the Junior division will feature Immanuel College against Holy Child at 2:30 p.m. and PWC against Daniel Aguinaldo NHS at 4 p.m.
Five games will also be played on Jan. 10 at the Emcor Sports Center in Bajada featuring:
9 a.m. – SMAD vs. PISD (cadet), 10:30 a.m. – ACD vs. HCSD (junior), 1 pm – Brokenshire College of Davao vs. University of The Immaculate Conception (senior), 2:30 p.m. – University of Southeastern Phils. vs. HCSD (senior), 4 p.m. – Emcor vs.. Yuchengco Group of Companies (Inter-Company).
