All set for Kadayawan Golf Cup

Apo Golf and Country Club and the Philippine Daily Inquirer invite golfers from all over the country to celebrate Davao festival on the fairways of Apo Golf on the first weekend of the Kadayawan month.
Slated on August 7 and 8, the Kadayawan Golf Cup 2010 will use the two-player scramble format (best ball).  Team of two plays the better ball on every shot until they hole out.  Each team may choose to play 18 or 36 holes, the best 18-hole round to count.
Each participant is entitled to a free swing check (video swing analysis) by the team of US-trained and certified golf coach. Swing check slots may be scheduled upon tee-time reservation.  The privilege may also be transferred by the player to an immediate family member.
Entry fee of P5,000 per team also includes 18-hole round, caddy fees, premium giveaways (locker bag, cap and golf balls), dinner, raffle, and a chance to win hole-in-one prizes.
Italian Vespa motorcyle and Texas Eagle golf cart are among the premium prizes at stake in the weekend tournament sponsored by Autohub Group of Companies, The Turf Company, Inquirer.net, Edge Davao, The Radio Partners, Inc, 93.1 Crossover, Killerbee Davao, Jam 88.3, Wave 89.1, Magic 89.9, 99.5 RT and Max 103.5.
Event beneficiaries are Rotary Club of Matina Davao and Rotary Club of South Davao to support their projects for Diego Silang Elementary School and Mary Immaculate Concepcion, respectively, and the community projects of Junior Chamber International-Davao Regions.
