Amiya Team occupies top spot

Amiya Residential and Golf Resort Team occupied the top spot of the best ball scramble-format 2010 Dynasty Cup at the Rancho Palos Verdes Golf and Country Club.
Amiya combined for 239 to post a one stroke lead over Dream Team last July 17. The next round is on July 31.
Korean Dream Team landed at third with 241, followed by Grupo Verde with 243 at fourth, Tour Jacks with 244 at fifth, Taliban with 245 at sixth, Eagle Master II at seventh, Korean Red Heroes at eighth, Eagle Master I at ninth,  Tang Dynasty at 10th, Godimashik at 11th with 251 and F.H.M. at 12th with 252.
Joseph Go and Sherwin Bahani came up with a net 57, Bobby Wee and Bill Larousse and the partners Marc Lopez and Kuresh Samanodi with similar net 59s, and Noel Yango and Faisal Samanodi finished with a 64 for the 239 total. The combined scores of Andrew Bautista and Ed Guevarra, a 64, did not count.
Vincent Gumapac and Benjie Senining plus partners Ronald Galicia and Vince Arcenas fired similar net 59s for Dream Team while Jeff Ramirez and James Noel Morente had a combined 60 and Monchit Mackay and Tony Gumapac came up with a 62 for a 240 total. The 67 of Chris Tan and General Franco did not count.
One shot away for third place with a net 241 total came from the efforts of Choi Yon Hee and Huh Hoon (56), Cho Seong Ho and Kim Gye Sun (60), Park Kang Wook and Park YOung Ran (61), Park Ok Hee and Jeong Sang Hyun (64). Song Kyeong Ho and Han Gum Hee tallied a 66 that did not count.
Janes Villegas and Jaime Lopez, Jack Tan and Lito Laurel submitted similar net 60s for Grupo Verde but teammates Nelson Villano and Jerson Lebosada could not lower their tally with a 61 and Darius Gloriani and Danny Uy finished with a 62 for a 243 total for the fourth spot.
