Rejoicing for the proclamation to Sainthood of its foundress, Mother Candida Maria De Jesus, by Pope Benedict XVI, the educated community of Stella Maris Academy of Davao together with the congregation of the Hiyas de Jesus, stage a Saint Candida Maria De Jesus Fun Run 2010 on October 17 (Sunday).
Assembly time is 5 a.m. at the school grounds. There will be four divisions, namely, Student, Parent/Guardian, Teaching/Non-Teaching and Alumni; two categories—male and female, and two events: 3K and 5K.
Prizes will go to the top three finishers of the four divisions in both the 3K and 5K distances, and for both male and female categories; each winner will receive a gift pack and free premium shirt from Run Club. Participants will receive their certificates of participation upon completing their run. Lots of raffle prizes will be given away to the lucky ones.
All participants will be given a ten percent (10%) discount on all items from Run Club, except nutrition products and sale items, purchased before the run. They will also be given shopping coupons from SM Department Store Davao. This is a P50 discount for a minimum P500 single receipt purchase from SM Department Store using SM Advantage, SM Prestige or BDO Rewards Card.
To avail of these discounts, participants must present their Race Bib (race number) or the certified runner’s copy of the registration details to the staff of Run Club with Tel. No. 222-8-RUN.
Registration fee (inclusive of race packet) is P100 for the 3K and 5K distances. Registration Center is in the Main Lobby of Stella Maris Academy Davao.
