The Catalunan Grande booters will again be up against a tough Ateneo de Davao grade school squad in the finals of the 13-under Girls Football League on November 6 at the Tionko field.
Game time is 4 p.m. following the battle for third place between the Joint Forces United and Lady Sakyans United Football Club.
Davao Football Association president Rafael M. Vilela and representatives from the sponsoring Bigrig Movers, Boysen Paints and Brosco Construction will be present to award the trophies and medals to the winners and individual awardees.
Catalunan Grande defeated Ateneo, 2-0, in the first round of the elimination but the Ateneans avenged their loss with a 1-0 victory last October 25.
Joint Forces United lost its chance to earn the second spot occupied by Ateneo after a 0-0 draw with Lady Sakyans.
Catalunan will again rely on scoring chances from Mary Joy Indac and Rachel Ann Icoy while Ateneo has Mikah Corrales to bank on. [Moses P. Billacura]
