Dipscorr wins 4th Eagle Masters title

Joel Yamyamin added another title as his winning streak continues while Dipscorr bagged the premier team title at the recent 4th Eagle Masters Golf Tournament at the Rancho Palos Verdes Golf and Country Club.
The veteran Yamyamin, on a roll with recent victories in the local golf scene, took the Class A gross title with a gross 77 besting Marc Lopez (73) while Korean youth phenom Micah Shin fired an 82 to win the Class A net title.
Noel Beleran won the Class B gross title (65) with Koichi Muhara taking the Class B net crown (71). The other winners in the individual class were Sherwin Bahani in Class C gross, Ian Dagatan for the Class C net, Stella Barnesfor the Class D gross and Richard Dorado for the Class D net.
In team play, Dipscorr won the Philippine Eagles division with an aggregate score of 274. Vince Gumapac carded a 67 while his teammates EJ Casintahan had a 69, Ryan Co had a 72, Monchit Mackay 66 and Chris Tan 56.
TGIS 3 won the Sea Eagles Division with a 250 from Pittjun Batu’s 68, Pao Angeles’ 60, Alrey Ceniza’s 63, Bong Cabang’s 59 and Benjie Leparto’s 48. In the Serpent Eagles class, Fortune Cookies bagged the title with a 192 courtesy of the 55 from Vic Gonzales, 49 by Peter Davis, 43 of Jiggs Calixto, 45 of Danny Uy and 39 of Joey Mempin. For the Booted Eagles class, GVoyz took the title with a 180.
Leading GVoyz to the title were Joe Lafuente (41), Francs Liston (51), Fortunato Uy (48), Mon Santos (40) and Cervando Canilao (34).
Computer At Workz combined for a gross 143 to win the Bald Eagles Division.
Jerico Bajo led CAW with a 41 (20-21) while two of his teammates Ace Rizon and Ruben Paul Quiogue carded identical 35s to finish off the field. Hilario Baluso had a 32 and Wilfredo Junsay an inconsequential 6 but the explosion of their three main players were enough to power them to the overall gross team title.
At distant second was PPA which fiished with a gross 98 negating the 37 of Rene Tolinero. Nilo Miole had a 27, Necitas Loyola contributed 22, Isidro Butaslac had a 12 and Edgar Pilar a 10.
D’Builders finished third with an aggregate 82 from the 32 of Bong Guerzon, 24 of Alex Perez, 21 of Ronel Paclibar and the 5 of Jose Albert Casenas.
