The gift-giving activity of Rodrigo “Rigo” Duterte II continues in various barangays in Davao City this Christmas season.
Recently, he conducted the said activity in barangays 1-A,3-A, 4-A, 6-A, 7-A, 8-A, 9-A, 10-A, 11-B, 13-B, and 14-B that benefited a total of 399 Dabawenyo beneficiaries.
Rigo, representing his father, Davao City First District Rep. Paolo Duterte, has been leading the distribution of gift packs to barangay officials, barangay functionaries such as barangay health workers, tanods, city-paid barangay employees, barangay sweepers and barangay secretaries in different barangays.
It is the goal of the First Congressional District Office to distribute gift packs to 8,860 barangay functionaries this yuletide season.
He said the activity also aims to make every Dabawenyo happy this Christmas.
“Ang atong tumong aning pagdistribute og gift packs kay para makahatag kalipay sa atong mga barangay workers. Daku kaayo ni sila’g tabang sa atong mga kumonidad. Usa sila sa rason na makahatag atong mga barangay og saktong serbisyo sa mga katawhan. Pinaagi ani na activity mapaabot nato sa ila ang atong pasalamat,” Rigo said.
