Amidst the busy charter anniversary month for Davao City, Rodrigo “Rigo” Duterte II urged the Dabawenyos to practice the culture of security by adopting vigilance in their way of life.
In 2019, the city government of Davao and Task Force Davao launched the campaign “May Nakita? Dapat Magsalita!”.

“Tabangan nato ang city government pinaagi sa pagtawag ug pagreport aning mga suspicious individuals and activities,” Rigo said.
Rigo said Davao City may not face a direct threat from terrorism now, yet, nonetheless, Dabawenyos shouldn’t let their guard down in the face of terrorism.
